10. X-Men: Days Of Future Past (2014)
The X-Men are gifted, with lots of cool superpowers, so it’s completely understandable that the Sentinels would want to steal them. Mystique’s power is purely cosmetic, giving her the ability to shape shift into anyone she likes, BUT this only gives her the ability to steal their appearance, nothing else.
When Mystique is captured, the Sentinels wrongly gain the ability to take on X-Men’s powers as well as appearance.
A deleted scene was later released which showed Rogue, who can take others powers also being captured, therefore filling the plot hole. But that doesn’t count; it’s still a plot hole to us. Sorry X-men.
